1. Prices
Minimum Order: The minimum order limit allows us to keep our prices low and to offer you very favourable shipping conditions. For orders that do not reach the minimum order values of €50 an additional service fee of €6.95 is charged.
In the case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, import duties, applicable sales taxes of the country of destination, and costs for customs handling may be applied by government officials and are the responsibility of the consumer.
2. Notice of defects
Due to the insurance conditions of the forwarder, the buyer has to examine the commodity upon receipt. Visible damage to the package must be confirmed in writing directly upon delivery by the postman and/or carrier. In case of shipping damages without visible damage to the packing, you must inform us within 2 days after receipt of the shipment.
3. Payment
The client can choose according to his own preferences among the following means of payment: Credit card and debit card. Upon request it is also possible to pay by bank transfer. For EU countries also the option of cash on delivery is offered. The extra charge for cash on delivery is € 7.50 in Germany and € 14 for other EU countries. The purchase price is generally only due on the date of shipment, and is charged to the client only on this date. In case of cash on delivery payment is due upon delivery. In case of credit card payment provider may reserve the order amount on the card, however the actual charge will only be done on the day of shipment.
Your order is an offer to us to buy the goods on our website. We will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending you an automatically generated email acknowledging your order. This is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and no binding contract will be formed between us unless and until we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or with the delivery of the goods.
The contract can be concluded either in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Russian or Japanese.
All products remain our property until the complete purchasing amount has been paid.
4. Low price guarantee
We guarantee for all offered products that the client pays the lowest price. If a client should find the same product within 3 months after the purchase somwhere else at a lower price, we will pay the difference to the purchase price.
5. Privacy

6. Cancelation
We reserve the right to withdraw from the order contract in case of errors in calculations, writing or printing.
